Returns/Exchanges

We never want our customers to be unhappy with our products - therefore if for any reason you have an issue with the order you received, please email us immediately at admin@trail-tees.com to let us know!

If an item in your order was received either misprinted, damaged, or defective, please accept our apologies and let us know immediately! Simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, so that we can begin the replacement process! We will then instruct you to return your misprinted, damaged, or defective item to our printing center at the return address on your packing slip. Once your returned item is received, our printers will immediately reprint and re-ship your item!

If you've received your order, and for some reason you're simply unhappy with it - we don't believe you should be stuck with it! We give you 60 days from when you received your order to take it out and trail test it! Go ahead and wear it to that work birthday party they planned on your hiking weekend. Wear it with your trail cleanup crew this weekend and watch as you become the envy of every hiker you pass. Even if you had one too many slices of grandma's pie over the holidays and realize that it's not the right fit - don't worry, it happens to all of us! Simply let us know and we'll get you one that does!   

Refunds

We love hiking, backpacking, and everything outdoors - so we understand that sometimes you pick up some new gear and you find out its just not right for you. If you find out that you just aren't feeling it - don't be afraid to let us know! If there is anything we can do to we'll try to make it happen, but if you need a refund, email us at admin@trail-tees.com. Remember, refunds can only be given within 60 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@trail-tees.com.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but don't worry - we'll get it to you as quickly as possible!
